Jeffrey Leach Does Jeremy Kyle read the Daily Mail? A review of my new tv show for Current TV.

Now whilst I shall keep my general feelings for various newspapers and publications to my chest, I was pleased to see this article pop up in the press today...

And the resulting comments have been insightful and sometimes amusing, just hark at Jez from Harrow's thoughts.

"A real lady would neither drink alcohol nor appear on television.
This person has no class, no dignity and no self worth."

Whilst I am ashamed that men like this still exist, I am more perturbed that this particular misogynist resides in my own home town! Could 'Jez' be short for 'Jeremy' perchance? And might this Harrovian bear the surname 'Kyle'? It did make me wonder as the indignant, self-important and judgemental tone smattered of the pompous grey suited militant with worrying similarity. Either way at least this would suggest he's watching Current TV's new television show instead of his own for a change.

Kate learnt a lot in my time with her. She has grown from the experience and she is more in command of her drinking than ever as a result of this. I think that a large proportion of our society could do with a similar Binge Drinking Reality 101 to curb their behaviour and change our global reputation as the 'Booze-fuelled British'.

I can say this, because I am now three weeks sober, having suffered from years of alcohol abuse, binge drinking, drug taking and general debauched behaviour. And whilst I still have demons to tackle and lessons to learn I am certainly seeing life through the eyes of a clean and sober mind for the first time in years.

Lots of love,

Jeff
